TOP VOLLEY will collect and use/process your personal information in the manner described below.
A) INFORMATION COLLECTION – NOTICE AND DISCLOSURE STATEMENT

B) CONSENT/CHOICE STATEMENT
TOP VOLLEY does not sell or rent personal information collected from you to third parties.
You explicitly specifically consent to TOP VOLLEY and its authorized representatives to use the data for the purposes mentioned in paragraph I above.
You acknowledge that your personal information may be transmitted and used/processed by TOP VOLLEY and its authorized representatives entities outside of your home country/jurisdiction and explicitly specifically consent that your personal information can be transmitted stored and processed in such third countries for the purposes specified in paragraph I above.
C) DATA QUALITY AND SECURITY STATEMENT
TOP VOLLEY uses security measures in order to protect the data we have under our control against manipulation, loss, destruction, access by unauthorized persons, misuse, alteration or against unauthorized disclosure. You take on the personal responsibility of ensuring that your password is kept confidential.
TOP VOLLEY will not be liable for the manipulation, loss, destruction, unauthorized access, misuse, alteration, or unauthorized disclosure of your personal information due to negligence or failure on your part to ensure the confidentiality of your password.
Our security procedures are continually enhanced as new technology becomes available.
TOP VOLLEY does not sell or rent personal information collected from you to any third parties.
We would like to use your data for the purposes specified above. Naturally your participation in such collection of personal information for the specified purpose is voluntary. Should you not consent, you can inform us at any time, so that we can prohibit the use of your data accordingly.

Release of liability
I acknowledge that below mentioned information is factually correct. I therefore agree to them participating in the activities of the TOP VOLLEY held on all locations, and the use of all our sports equipment.
I agree that I will not hold the Coaches of the Academy or the site liable for any losses, liabilities and damages, injury or death suffered or incurred by my child whilst taking part in any of the activities run by TOP VOLLEY.
TOP VOLLEY MEDIA CONSENT
Photographs and / or videos may be taken of my child taking part in sporting activities for promotion of the club and displayed on TOP VOLLEY website, social media, press releases, articles, and in newsletters in accordance with child safeguarding guidelines.
Refund policy
Fees are non-refundable unless it is due to extenuating circumstances that is medically related, emergency or death cases within family or close relatives. Each case will be assessed on its merit with the provision of the necessary documentation.
Refunds will only be given in exceptional circumstances. An administration fee of QR 250 will be applicable to any refund other than those made on medical grounds.
Refunds will be processed within 3 weeks from the date of approval.
Late cancellation or no-shows will incur in a full charge.
Code of conduct
Responsibilities of TOP VOLLEY Members (coaches, staff, players):
- To abide by the TOP VOLLEY Code of Conduct
- Treat our staff members, security staff, grounds staff and officials with respect always
- Play by the rules, be a good sport and adhere to the spirit of the game
- Treat all equipment, apparatus, and furniture with care
- Respect all players and competitors regardless of their ability
- Respect your teammates and coach; be on time, follow instruction and be your best
- Top Volley staff and management have the right to put the player in a certain group based on evaluation of their skill, technical ability and strength and not by age. And interference to this decision by parent will be treated like a major infringement by management and could result in expulsion.
- Represent TOP VOLLEY at home and away games by always clearing up your bench area, thanking the hosts and officials and engaging in good behaviour on and off the court.
Disciplinary Procedures
If a member breaches the code of conduct, the below disciplinary procedures will be followed.
Minor Infringement
First Time
- The member will be warned by the coach, this will be recorded by the coach.
Second Time
- The member’s parents will be contacted, and an email will be sent out reminding the member of our code of conduct and informing the member that if this behaviour continues, disciplinary action will taken by TOP VOLLEY management.
Third Time
- The member will be put on pause. The coach will assess the member’s behaviour during the session and report will be sent to the management of TOP VOLLEY, and meeting with be held with parents. It is on the management to decide if member will have chance to continue or this could result in a suspension. If a member is expelled from a program, the remaining term fees will be refunded.
Major Infringement
First Time
- The member will be suspended from sessions, allowing 72 hours for TOP VOLLEY to investigate the infringement.
- If the alleged infringement is found to be classed as a low-level disciplinary issue, the member will be immediately put on pause, the coach will assess the member’s behaviour during the sessions, report will be sent to the management and meeting will be held with parents. It is on the management to decide if member will have chance to continue or this could result in a suspension. If a member is expelled from a program, the remaining term fees will be refunded.
- If the alleged infringement is found to be classed as a high-level disciplinary issue, the member may be stood down for a period of no more than two weeks, or if deemed necessary by TOP VOLLEY management, removed from the program.
Second Time
- Immediate expulsion.
TOP VOLLEY has a zero tolerance to bullying in any form, if a member is found to be bullying this could result in immediate expulsion. If a member is stood down, there will be no compensation for missed sessions. If a member is expelled from a program, the remaining term fees will be refunded.
Appeals Procedure
If you would like to appeal the decision made by TOP VOLLEY, you can do so via a formal email or letter to the management. Once the management has investigated the matter the decision is final. No further correspondence will be entered into.
